Founded in 1917 to further higher education for women, one of the College Woman’s Club missions is to award scholarships to young women from Westfield based on academics, leadership, and financial need. The CWC has granted over $1M in scholarships to those in need.
This year, the College Woman’s Club held various fundraising events, including a winter wreath sale, a Holiday Sip N Shop at JMcLaughlin and Mimi and Hill, a Peloton bike raffle, and a Spring Lily sale as well as our fourth annual Trivia Night. The proceeds from these fundraisers are used to award scholarships to young women in Westfield. Thank you to the Westfield community for your continuing support.
Please join us in celebrating the accomplishments of these young women at our 105th Annual Meeting and Scholarship Awards ceremony on Tuesday, May 24th at 7pm, to be held at the Echo Lake Country Club in Westfield. The event is $75.00 per person and includes dinner.
